- Focus on impact over difficulty of the projects
- Find creative ways to be more visible and show off your work
- Constantly remind your manager how much you are helping your coworkers, and actually help them
- Create a brag doc - and constantly add on to it
- Find projects where your can lead 2+ people on it
- Work on side projects that would benefit your team in addition to your day to day tasks
